Is this a wholesale only website?
  • No, this is an online wholesale and retail website. The listing price in the website is retail price. If you are buying for re-sale purpose, you may be qualified as our distributor and enjoy our discounted wholesale price.

How can I be your distributor?
  • To be our distributor,   (1) you must be holding a valid "Re-sale" license.   (2) You must submit your application. Application forms can be downloaded below.   (3) We will issue a PIN# for you once you are approved. With this PIN# you may see your special discounted prices.

Do you have minimum order requirements?
  • If you are our registered distrubutor, we will set up specific terms and conditions with you. If you are buying for your own use, there is no minimum.

Do you offer discounts for volume purchase at one time?
  • Yes, discount will be considered for special one time volume orders. It is only offered to our registered distrubutor and it will be treated case by case.

How can I get tracking numbers for my orders and track the status of my orders?
  • To track the status of your orders and order history or get tracking numbers, please visit: http://www.greatchinaproducts.com/. If your order has been shipped out, you will see a tracking number on the order form. Clicking on the tracking number and a pop-up will appear, linking you to the UPS (or other carriers) tracking window, which tells you the updated shipping status.

What kind of Payment methods do you accept?
  • Payment can be made to us via one of the following methods :
    (1) By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or Amex . 
    (2) By Money Order or Cashier´s Check made payable to:

Can I fax my orders? Do you have order form available?

Are all items on your website available?
  • We are making our effort to make sure all items listed on our website are in stock. If your order quantity on a certain style is more than 20 dozens per color/size, please contact us first to make sure we have enough inventory for your order. In case of insufficient inventory, we will ship whatever is available and only charge you on items shipped. The rest of your order will be treated as back order upon your request. Otherwise, by default, you will need to reorder the same items afterwards.

Do you take special large quantity orders on the items listed on your website?
  • Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information on special orders either by email, feedbacks on our website, or by phone and fax.

How do you ship? How do you charge shipping?
  • We ship orders nationwide via UPS, USPS, or by commercial trucking.
    Shipping cost will depend on the actual weight of your order and your selected shipping carrier's standard rate.

Prices
  • The listing price on the website is retail price.
    If you are buying for re-sale purpose, you may be qualified as our distributor and enjoy our dicsounted wholesale price by sending us a copy of your re-sale license/certificate.

Exchange & Returns
  • a. Returns for manufacture defective items must be notified to Great China Products
        within 10 days from the invoice date.
    b. All returned items will be examined at Great China Products office
        before any credit will be issued to the buyer's account. 
        Please allow 5 working days for the necessary credit to be processed. 
        Please note that there will be no cash refunds. Exchange and credit only.
    c. A new item will be shipped at charge while the returned item is being examined.
    d. Any claim for defective merchandise needs to be packed in the original box.
        If the original box is missing, a 15% restocking fee of the item price will be
        charged to the buyer. 
    e. Any return/exchange pick up must be requested one day in advance prior to
        delivery. Great China Products drivers are not authorized to take an exchange or return without any paperwork on hand.
    f. Please kindly have the returned item ready at the time of
       delivery/pick up to avoid lateness on the next delivery stops. 
        Pick up will be rescheduled if item is not ready.
    g. Credit deduction at the time of delivery is only allowed upon approval.
        All credits must be used within 6 months from the memo date.
