New Account:
a. Buyers who want to be our distributors are required to submit re-sale permit with application form before account set up is approved . Please contact a customer service associate from Great China Products for the form details.
b. All terms are based on credit approval.  Buyer will need to submit 3-5 current trade references, one bank reference to qualify for credit application.

Payments:
a. We accept cash, checks and three major credit cards (American Express, Master and VISA card).  Due to high service fee charge from credit cards company.  A 3.5% service charge will impose on those who use credit cards to pay. No personal checks will be accepted.
b. Company checks will be accepted upon verification. Returned (NSF) checks are subject to $20.00 service charge. After two NSF reoccurrences, the buyer´s account will be automatically placed on pre-paid or COD terms until further notice.

Order Placement:
a. Minimum Order: There is a $300 minimum for retail customers. A $30 surcharge may be charged  if order amount under minimum.
b. Shipping & Freight: All freight charges are paid by the buyers.  The freight charge varies depending on shipping locations.

Prices:
a. All prices are subject to change without notification. Please call into the office to verify a price.

Exchange & Returns:
a. Returns for manufacture defective items must be notified to Great China Products within 15 days from the invoice date.
b. All returned items will be examined at Great China Products office before any credit will be issued to the  buyer´s account.  Please allow 5 working days for the necessary credit to be processed.  Please note that there will be no cash refunds. Exchange and credit only. 15% restocking fee of the item price will be charged to the buyer. All credits must be used within 6 months from the memo date.
c. A new item will be shipped at charge while the returned item is being examined.
d. On all LTL (less than truck load) shipments, if there is any visible damages, buyer must make note on the freight bill at the time of delivery for claiming purpose.
